Mercury in Retrograde is Back

Did you miss it? It seems like just yesterday it was here. The last retrograde was in Capricorn between December 12, 2023 and January 1, 2024. I had a lot going on during the last retrograde, so I did not write about it.

Mercury retrograde offers a cosmic reevaluation, revealing what escaped our awareness in the past 88 days. It’s not just an astrological scapegoat for mishaps; it’s an opportunity for introspection. It’s a chance to uncover overlooked truths and correct misconceptions. Aires is about living authentically. With this retrograde, you will be forced to look at authenticity and reflect how it plays in your life. During the upcoming eclipse season, it’s essential to pay attention to Mercury’s retrograde phase from April 1 to April 25. This mischievous planet will be in its pre-retrograde shadow during the lunar eclipse on March 25 and in retrograde during the solar eclipse on April 8. This suggests that past issues may resurface. It’s important to embrace the opportunities for growth that the universe presents and take proactive steps to improve our lives.

I always look at the time leading up to it to back up my computer, evaluate if anything needs doing on our car, and streamline communications. During the actual retrograde I double check and leave grace for others when it involves communication or travel. It is what works for me. Instead of getting all twisted about the retrograde, it is a time to sit back and review what has happened since the last retrograde. Take the time to reflect on any emotions that come up. A good rule is to ask “What is the Universe trying to teach me right now?”
