Quick review what affirmations are and how they can help you with your life.
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.  You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Here is another test for your intuition!   Your intuition becomes stronger the more you work with it. Here is a quick test to strengthen this muscle! Take a deep breath and focus.  Where are the objects shown?  Is it behind A or B or C?    

Trust yourself.   Know that even if you get it wrong you are working your muscle and connection.   Even I get them wrong!

Gratitude has great power to improve your life.   Too often we miss the simple opportunities to be grateful in our daily life.   Take a moment each day to practice gratitude in your life.   

Find one tiny spark to light the flame of gratitude today. Be intentional in noticing the effect it has on you. You may find it’s simpler and more rewarding than you realized to begin your gratitude practice.
