We all have inner conflict. What if I told you that you are arguing with Spirit in these times? You know you should be doing something that is right, but yet you reject this advice. Am I right? That is what an inner conflict is all about. Knowing what is right and not wanting to do it or refusing to do so. This is where I love affirmations. Affirmations can help you change your mindset. Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
