We all are surrounded by love. The problem is we don’t always see it. Especially when we are in desperate need of it. Ironically, we are the reason that it eludes us. When we are focused on the lack, we only lack more of it. This is where affirmations have been a game changer for me. This week’s affirmation is as follows:

I am surrounded by love.

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.

You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.

The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

You are surrounded by love!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you! If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.

Message from Mother-In-Law
