Strengthen the Core

Meditation keeps me from drowning in fear and stress.  Strengthen the Core of who I am.   I strengthen my mind against negativity by meditating. I am stronger than negative thoughts. When I meditate I think of things that are pure, lovely, and right. The more I meditate about goodness, the more it becomes a part of me.  Whatever I set my mind on, I become. Therefore, I think lofty thoughts. When I pray I declare my dreams as reality. This is where affirmations are a great help.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:

When I meditate, I strengthen the core muscles of my being.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Strengthen the Core

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.  Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
