responsibility
Responsibility is a big word and many people do not take it seriously.   They lack integrity or have never been taught the meaning of being responsible.    Our actions create consequences and it all starts with thinking positively.    When you focus on positive, it helps change the way you think and act.   I found that the simple act of affirmations can help me.   If they can help me, they can help you too.   You just have to be willing to try.  This week’s affirmation is as follows:

I am responsible for my life and I will not tolerate negative thinking.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
I discovered the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday it has already been ingrained in me.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Responsibility Starts With You

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
