Chaotic Changes requires temperance and patience.Chaotic changes can overwhelm even the calmest person.  I think we can all agree that the past week has been full of shock and emotions have run amuck with all these chaotic changes we face.   I find it very interesting that for the very first time in my life I have not been sucked into it.   In fact, I have noted it going on and I have tiptoed my way around all the negativity.

Ok, so there was a lot of unfollowing on Facebook to accomplish that, but my newsfeed is a lot kinder and gentler now. Twitter had always been a place that I was able to filter what I saw thanks to #hashtags.   Just because I am not engaging doesn’t mean I don’t care one way or another.

I am letting it play out the way it needs to and not how I want it to occur.   It doesn’t mean that I have my head in the sand either.   But my decisions and plans are not going to be made as a result of fear.

What I am about to say, you may not agree with but the chaotic changes we are experiencing are for our benefit.   Some of us will be forced in directions that we have been resisting for a long while.   Others will feel that they finally are being heard.  There will be a few that won’t even notice one way or another.  When faced with chaotic changes in our lives we must remember that our reactions to it control how we will experience it.

Take a deep breath, make a plan and don’t get swept into the chaos.   Decisions made in fear are always questionable.  We are apt to make mistakes that we will soon regret.  Just because the world around you has become unhinged, does not mean that you have to follow suit.   Breathe, take time and evaluate the situation at hand.   Do not feel just because everyone else is panicked that you must follow suit.

Become the calm and your answers that YOU need will come in times of chaotic changes.
