Makes sense, when you get on an airplane the instructions before takeoff tell you to put our own oxygen mask before you assist someone else.

It is ok to take a step back.  It is ok to take time you need to nourish your soul.   Because in doing that, you are able to help others when needed.

We are all interconnected, when one of us is in need the collective is in need.  So when you are depleted, so is everyone else.

Sometimes a nice long walk is all you need to refresh you, or go sit by the water and let the breeze coming off it refresh you.  For others it may be doing something artistically or with music.   Whatever it is, you should go do it.

We will be right here waiting for the renewed and fresh person you are…
