The good of a bad situation isn’t easy to look at. Too often we focus on the loss rather than the gain. Pain, fear are two powerful emotions. They stop us from being grateful. Gratitude starts when we focus on the good. If you are struggling with this, you may find the use of affirmations helpful. This week’s affirmation is as follows:

About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
