lost hope

When you have lost hope, life is really bleak.   Finding it again is a struggle for so many.   Everyone wants an easy fix.   There isn’t one.   It takes time and significant effort on your part to find hope.   One way to start is using affirmations.  This weeks affirmation is as follows:

I can muster up a little
more hope and courage
from deep inside me.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Lost Hope Can Be Found!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
