Affirmation – Follow Your Heart

Okay as I right follow your heart, I have great anxiety.   Truth be told, my gut is telling me to say no to something right now.   And I want to resist it, because of so many reasons.   So I had a conversation with my husband.   For the first time in my life I was told it is okay.  That I can follow my heart, he has my back.  So why the hesitation?   Old habits are hard to break.   This is where affirmations are a great help.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:
“I take time regularly to do the things that I love to do;
I follow my heart and I am happy.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
