Weekly Affirmation – Stop Creating Trouble

Creating trouble for myself I was once an expert at.  Now I focus on being kind, generous, and productive.  I reach out to other members of my spiritual community. By doing so, I feel connected to the universe. I receive love, support, and valuable feedback.  Meditation and prayer assist me daily.  I spend time communicating with the divine and contemplating profound truths. This is where affirmations are a great help.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:

I stop creating trouble for myself through self-centeredness or negative thinking.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
