Mindfulness allows you to live in the present
Mindfulness is helps so many. There is a lot of talk about mindfulness in the media lately! I first wrote this back in October of 2018 and I can say that being mindful has assisted me greatly over the years. A couple of years before I shared this TEDx video I would have laughed at you if you suggested mindfulness in my life. In fact I am confident that I did just that a few times.
Today I am different because I accepted this concept and fully implemented it in my life. Perhaps it will help you too…
