this too shall pass
If I had a dollar for every time I heard “this too shall pass” and I got angry at the person that said it, I could retire.  It is an annoying phrase when you are in the thick of bad happening.   As my life has improved, I have seen that I had to change my attitude to things and accept the things that I cannot change.   Once I did that, I soon was able to see that life has an ebb and a flow.   An understanding of Natural Law and now I say this to calm myself during a storm in my life.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:
I love myself therefore I will accept that
I will have bad days from time to time.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

This too shall pass!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
