The way to finding peace is not easy. Many people right now are struggling with finding peace in their lives. Too often it is because they hold onto things that they need to let go of and be grateful for what they have in life. Forgiveness is key to finding peace in one’s life. When you hold onto that anger, it is poison to the rest of your life. This week’s affirmation is as follows:
I recognize I may be holding on to pain
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
Words have power — use them to your advantage. If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
