June is an exiting month of the year. High school graduations, father’s day and the beginning of summer. Plans for picnics and family get togethers. Sometimes we are not in the mindset to deal with all this positivity. If you are struggling with negativity in your life, try an affirmation to change your mindset. About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
