Who doesn’t struggle with staying focused these days? Our input is multiple sources at one time, we consume information all day long. We are used to multiple screens and being distracted throughout the day. When was the last time you took a ride in your car and just enjoyed the scenery and the music on the radio? We have become so distracted that focusing on one thing is becoming very difficult. This is where affirmations are a great help. This weeks affirmation is as follows:
I’m taking all the time I need to stay focused.
I give myself permission to turn off (fill in the blank) so I can focus.

for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
