Weekly Affirmation – Anxiety Fighting Thoughts
I know so many people that deal with and struggle to combat anxiety in their lives. I am not immune from it either and have learned over time to manage it. It can be done. The hard part is having patience and courage to follow through. How about trying an affirmation to change your mindset? This week’s affirmation is as follows:

About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
Anxiety can be Managed!
You just need to start small. It won’t happen overnight, but it will change and you will find peace. Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you! If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure. Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
