There is something about being bullied.   Most of my life I have been.   From my childhood family to the school yard then into the workforce and in romantic relationships it has happened.   This talk gives you something to think about.   How do you deal with a bully without turning into a thug?   It is an awesome question.  It is a serious one and it is ever more important in today’s climate.  She pointed out there were three ways that thugs work:
  • Political violence to intimidate
  • Physical violence to terrorize
  • Mental violence to undermine

How do you fight violence?  It must start with ourselves as we have control.  There is so much to learn from this talk.   We must master our fear.
