what is remote viewing?

How Do You Remote View?

There is a question that I get all the time — How do you remote view?  Remote viewing is the practice of perceiving or describing a distant or unseen target using intuition or psychic ability. It allows you to gather information beyond your normal senses, often without physically being present.

To start remote viewing, you create a quiet, focused space where distractions are minimized. Relax your body and mind through deep breathing or meditation. This calm state helps your intuition become clearer.

Next, set a clear intention. Know what you want to perceive—whether it’s a place, object, or event. Avoid overthinking. Instead, stay open to impressions, images, feelings, or sounds that come naturally.

Many people find it helpful to take notes or sketch whatever they sense. Don’t judge the information as right or wrong in the moment. Trust that even vague or unclear impressions can hold meaning.

Practice is key to improving your remote viewing skills. The more often you tune in, the stronger your connection to subtle information becomes. Over time, you learn to distinguish between your own thoughts and intuitive messages.

Remote viewing isn’t about controlling what you see but allowing insights to flow. Some use it for guidance, problem-solving, or spiritual exploration. Others apply it in professional fields like investigation or research.

Remember, everyone’s experience differs. Patience and persistence make a big difference. Whether you’re new or experienced, remote viewing invites you to trust your inner knowing and expand your awareness.

Ask Yourself:

  • How open am I to perceiving beyond my physical senses?
  • Can I quiet my mind enough to notice subtle impressions?
  • What questions would I like to explore through remote viewing?
  • How can I practice regularly to build my skill?
