Category: Uncomfortable Conversations
Uncomfortable conversations sometimes have to happen and we are not always ready for them. Some topics are hard to talk about—but that doesn’t mean we should avoid them. Grief, aging, identity, fear, boundaries—these are all part of the human and spiritual experience. This space is for truth-telling, not sugar-coating. I hold space for the raw, the real, and the often-overlooked, because growth begins when we stop pretending and start getting honest—with ourselves and each other.
