Dealing With Nerves
Dealing with nerves can be difficult.  When you are nervous, everything seems to be a struggle.   Use affirmations to help you focus on your strengths.  Nerves are a good sign, just don’t let them take over and stop you.  This weeks affirmation is to help when you are nervous and it goes as follows:

Nervousness surrounding
what I want to do is a good sign.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Dealing With Nerves!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   The nerves you suffer are a way for your body to be aware of a danger.   Some dangers that you are warned about are just unfamiliar.  It is when you push through your fears that you grow.    If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
