Wrangling anxiety in our lives is not always easy.   It slowly seeps into our lives and takes over.   Breaking the cycles that create it is hard work.   Anxiety has a way of making a person feel inferior. Slowly you begin to believe you are not good enough.   Don’t allow anxiety to speak to your life. This is where affirmations are a great help.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
