Weekly Affirmation – To Love Yourself

To love yourself is one of the hardest things to do for so many.   There have been negative external thoughts that affect yourself.   When you use affirmations, you can change that negativity.  This week’s affirmation is as follows:

I release all the negative thoughts about
my body and my face and replace them with love.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
