To be at peace for so many is difficult if not impossible. Finding the peace we seek isn’t easy. Too often we are wrapped up in the end result that we forget to enjoy the moments in front of us. Which is what being at peace is all about. I found affirmations to help me with this. This weeks affirmation is as follows:
Today, no person, place, or thing can irritate or annoy me.
I choose to be at peace.
About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
