Finding joy is something we are always looking for. What we forget in our search is that we must be grateful for the joy we do find. It is not the big things, but the small thing like finding a front row parking spot, a butterfly flying in the garden, your cat curling up next to you as you work, or a million other little things that bring joy. The universe will bring you more when you acknowledge what it is that you have. This is where affirmations are a great help. This weeks affirmation is as follows:

About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
