Dealing with Difficult People and Situations can try your patience. Finding diplomatic ways is a challenge but you can do it. One way is to use affirmations to change your mindset so you are able to handle the challenges without being flustered. I understand this is new to you and that you may not be able to comprehend how, but that is not important. Just let the magic of affirmations assist you. It will take some time, but as you use affirmations, you change your mindset and that is most of the battle you will be fighting. This weeks affirmation is as follows:

About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
