How to Cut Energetic Cords

Have you ever wanted to reclaim your energy?  Imagine a spider’s web linking us to the people, places, and events in our lives. These are energetic cords, connecting us on a deep level. While some of these cords are positive, others might drain our energy. It’s important to cut these cords when necessary to preserve our well-being.

When to Cut Energetic Cords

Knowing when to cut an energetic cord can be tricky. Here are a few signs to look for:

    • Feeling Drained: If you feel exhausted after interacting with someone or visiting a particular place, an unhealthy energetic cord might be the cause.
    • Obsessive Thoughts: If you can’t stop thinking about a person or event, an energetic cord might be keeping you attached.
    • Inability to Move On: If you’re unable to move on from a past relationship or situation, a lingering energetic cord might be to blame.

Pay attention to your feelings when you think about someone. If most of your thoughts are negative, such as anger, resentment, or extreme sadness, it might be time to cut these cords.

How to Cut Energetic Cords

Visualization: Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes and imagine a cord connecting you to the person or situation. Visualize yourself cutting this cord with scissors, a knife, or a sword. Intend for the connection to be released in a loving and gentle way.

Physical Movement: Physical actions can help manifest our intentions. Mimic the cutting action with your hand or a physical object, aligning this movement with your visualization.

Use of Affirmations: Affirmations can reinforce your intention to cut the cord. Say something like, “I release all connections that no longer serve my highest good.”

Be patient, as this is not always an automatic process. You have been energetically attached for a while, so it takes time.

After Cutting the Energetic Cord

Once you’ve cut an energetic cord, fill the void with positive energy. Visualize a healing light enveloping you, replacing the severed connection with love, peace, and wellness. Engage in self-care activities, such as taking a warm bath, meditating, or spending time in nature, to replenish your energy.

Additional Tips for Effective Cord Cutting

    • Grounding Techniques: Ground yourself before and after the process. Techniques such as walking barefoot on grass or meditating can help.
    • Regular Practice: Make cord cutting a regular part of your self-care routine. Periodic cleansing can keep your energy field clear and balanced.
    • Seek Support: If you find it difficult to cut cords on your own, consider seeking guidance from a trusted spiritual advisor or energy healer.

By regularly practicing cord cutting, you can maintain your energetic health, fostering a more balanced and positive life.  As a result you reclaim your energy and you should start to feel better.
