Is my loved one at peace?

Is My Loved One at Peace?

Yes. Your loved one is at peace.

One of the most common questions people ask mediums is whether those who have passed on are okay. The short answer, from years of connection and communication, is: they are at peace—more than we can imagine.

When someone passes, the physical body dies, but the soul continues. The process of crossing over brings healing, clarity, and a return to love. Whatever pain or confusion they carried here does not come with them in the same way.

That doesn’t mean they forget. They remember love. They remember you. But they see things from a much wider, more compassionate perspective. Regrets are met with understanding. Suffering is released. They are not stuck in the pain they once carried.

In Spirit, they grow too. They often want to make amends, share messages, or simply remind you they’re near. You might feel their presence in subtle ways—through dreams, a familiar scent, a song on the radio. These are gentle whispers of peace.

Grief, though, is yours. And it’s real. It’s okay to miss them and still trust that they are okay.

Ask Yourself

  • When do I most feel my loved one’s presence?
  • What would I say to them if I knew—really knew—they were at peace?

Journal Prompts

  • What signs have I noticed that suggest my loved one is near?
  • What would peace look like for them? How does imagining that affect my own healing?
  • If I could sit with them for five minutes, what would I want to hear?

Love does not end. And peace is not a maybe—it’s a promise.
