Weekly Affirmation – Good In My Life

There is much good in my life.   When I am feeling anxiety, it is time to focus on all that is good and right.   Accept that there will be uncomfortable moments.   Move through them by focusing on the positive.   Often this is a struggle for so many.   Take time to utilize affirmations to help guide your mind to a better place.  This week’s affirmation is as follows:

The anxiety I feel makes me uncomfortable and I accept that.
I choose to work through it and focus on everything good in my life.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
