affirmations for confidence

Here are your affirmations for confidence for this month.   I truly believe that they are a powerful tool in changing your life.   This month I am continuing a new thing, giving you a summary of affirmations in a visual format to help you make them part of your life.

Using affirmations is a way of creating change in your life. It can also be the most difficult because one of the biggest obstacles you’ll ever face is inside your own head.

I am talking about our inner voice. It speaks from both conscious thoughts and subconscious beliefs, and it is always on. Helpful when it’s reminding you of things that needs your attention.   Where it becomes a problem is when your self-talk turns negative.  You know when your inner voice is pointing out all your fears, insecurities, and unworthiness. That kind of negative self-talk is most often an exaggerated and inaccurate, or worse — just flat wrong, yet it can wield tremendous power.

Affirmations for Confidence

The good news affirmations can assist you in changing that negative self-talk.  Affirmations work overtime because your brain is a muscle that needs to be worked. When you say these out loud daily your brain starts to believe what you are telling it. You start to change your mental makeup and your brain will believe whatever you tell it too.   See how if you keep saying you can’t do something how it could be hurting you?
