We all experience turmoil in our lives. It is easier when this burden is shared. I believe that I have the responsibility to help others live a peaceful life. I consciously contribute to my own serenity, and I share my experience with others so they can experience unparalleled peace, too.
When someone I care about is facing emotional turmoil, I offer a supportive shoulder to lean on and a helping hand. I gently encourage them to develop a personal relationship with whatever spiritual being they believe in. I use my own experiences to show how relying on that relationship is a sure way to achieve peace. When others feel like they are being conquered by the immensity of negative situations facing them, I do what I can to help ease the burden.

About Weekly Affirmations
Each week I find it helpful to use
affirmations. I personally find using the same
affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
