Pandemic fatigue is real. We have navigated a new normal for over a year now and we all seem to be dealing with struggling to get to normal. Yet many of us have decided the old ways were not working, and are trying to navigate a new normal. One that has meaning and purpose that we lacked prior to the pandemic. Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
