When you start a personal growth journey, you will face challenges, make discoveries, and learn valuable lessons about yourself. One of the most crucial parts of this process is self-reflection. To do this you should journal.  This involves asking yourself some tough questions to help you understand your feelings, desires, and actions better. Here are 6 important questions to consider:

1. What Motivates Me?

Identifying what truly motivates you can provide a clearer sense of direction in your life. Your motivation could be a desire for happiness, success, or even helping others. Understanding this can help guide your decisions and actions.

2. What Are My Strengths?

Knowing your strengths can boost your confidence and help you make the most of your abilities. Whether you’re good at problem-solving, communicating, or leading, recognize these strengths and use them to your advantage.

3. What Are My Weaknesses?

While it’s essential to know your strengths, acknowledging your weaknesses is equally important. This awareness allows you to work on these areas and turn them into opportunities for growth.

4. What Are My Core Values?

Your core values are the guiding principles that shape your decisions, actions, and overall lifestyle. Identifying these values can provide a sense of clarity and purpose in your life.

5. Am I Living According to My Core Values?

Once you’ve identified your core values, it’s important to assess whether your current lifestyle aligns with these principles. If not, it could be a sign that you need to make some changes.

6. What Are My Life Goals?

Having clear life goals can provide a sense of direction and purpose. These goals can relate to your career, personal relationships, health, or personal development.

I hope that these journal prompts for personal growth will assist you not only in your personal life, but with your mediumship.   The more you focus on these topics, the better Medium you become.
