Happy World Tarot Day to the Women Reclaiming Their Inner Knowing

Every year on May 25, Tarot readers and seekers around the world celebrate World Tarot Day™a global recognition of this powerful, often misunderstood spiritual tool.

The holiday was founded in 2003 by Tarot Grandmaster Den Elder, who grew tired of the negative portrayals of Tarot in the media.
I wanted a day of celebration,” Elder said in an interview with the American Tarot Association,
A day to share our love for this tool… and help those unfamiliar with Tarot realize it has a lot of positive attributes.”

For Elder—and for so many of us—Tarot is a tool for spiritual guidance, meditation, and intuitive clarity. It’s a way to hear the inner voice we sometimes lose in the noise of daily life.

Since its founding, World Tarot Day™ has grown into a global celebration. Enthusiasts around the world host parties, online readings, workshops, and gatherings to honor Tarot as a practice of self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

Look into the Mirror

And for women in midlife, this is more than a celebration. It’s a mirror.

Because this phase of life often brings profound shifts—some chosen, others handed to us.
Roles change. Children grow. Parents age. Bodies speak more clearly. And the question, Who am I now?” rises to the surface.

You may be letting go of long-held identities, or rediscovering the pieces of yourself you tucked away years ago.

Or you may be stepping into your power—or learning to soften into it.

You may be asking deeper questions: What still matters? What no longer fits? What wants to emerge next?

Tarot meets you exactly there.

Not with judgment, but with insight.
Not to predict, but to reflect.
Each card is a mirror, a moment of pause, a sacred invitation to listen.

So today, I invite you to:
Pull a card and ask: What message does my intuition want me to hear today?
Write what comes up.
Share it with someone who understands the journey you’re on. We grow stronger when we witness each other.

To every woman walking her path with courage, curiosity, and spiritual grace—
Happy World Tarot Day. The cards are here for you.
