    Stones like hematite, black tourmaline, or smoky quartz are often used for grounding. Hold one in your hand or keep it in your pocket to stay connected to the earth’s energy.

    Spend time outdoors, walking barefoot on the grass or simply sitting under a tree. Nature has a powerful grounding effect, reminding us of our connection to the earth.
