The use of Tarot has become a common occurrence in my life. It helps me see things in a way that I might not. Yes Tarot can be subjective, but often it helps me see things in different light. Here I share the things about Tarot I learn and understand.
Tarot decks come in many shapes, sizes and styles. Find the deck that resonates with you and it becomes a trusted tool in your Spiritual toolkit. Personally I find the Rider Waite deck my trusted tool. Don’t get me wrong, I love so many decks including The Golden Girls, Star Trek, Cats, Game of Thrones, and the countless decks I own.
Spreads are personal and although they give you a way to focus, I often find pulling a certain number of cards and asking what Spirit needs me to see. That often gives me perspective on a situation that I may not see.
Like all things Spiritual, you have free will, you can take the advice or leave it. Nobody is going to hold you to it.

Tarot Tuesday: The Minor Cards & Suits
Over the years I have studied and taken notes about Tarot. When I decided that I would write about them on my site, it gave me an opportunity to take those worn torn notes and finally organize them in written words, nice and neat! So this section of my blog is for me as much […]
Tarot Tuesday: The Major Arcana
Tarot used to overwhelm me. The Major Arcana is probably the most recognizable set of these cards. 78 cards to remember and relate to. But they break down into manageable portions. There are so many facets to these cards it is hard to know where to start. My focus on these talks will always […]
Tarot – An interesting connection with Spirit
My connection with Spirit grew as I understood the meaning of Tarot cards. Since the beginning of my journey back to who I am I first started to see Tarot Cards when Spirit first started to communicate with me. It became a clue to what I was needed to pay attention to. The standard language of […]
Tarot Tuesday: The Pages
The Pages of the Court cards are the most immature of them. Often they are messengers or they represent young children. Pages are not all that difficult to understand, you just have to know some details and which suit you are dealing with to know and understand them. Pages – An overview The Page is […]
Tarot Tuesday – Court Cards – The Knights
The Knights are one aspect of the Tarot. Tarot cards give you a tool to use to connect with Spirit. Court cards can be confusing and overwhelming. Where Pages are the most immature The Knights of the Court are more daring and action oriented. There are two sides to a Knight and one must always […]
Tarot Tuesday: Aces
Today I am going to focus on the Aces. Numerically they are considered ones, the corresponding one in the Major Arcana is The Magician. So it should be noted that the Magician displays all four of these tools on his card. The only card to do so. If you take numerology into account, the Wheel […]
Tarot Tuesday – The Tens
I took a ten day writing challenge… To write 750 words a day. Today is day two. I have been wanting to write more about Tarot and learning it. So what better way than taking today’s challenge and stretch not only myself, but others as well. Many people are afraid of Tarot; there is so […]
