This month I want to talk a bit about Guilt.  The end of one year and the start of another can evoke this emotion in us.  Guilt is a natural emotion, but when it lingers, it can weigh us down and block our personal growth. By releasing guilt, we allow ourselves to move forward, forgive ourselves, and embrace healing. These affirmations can help shift your mindset from regret to self-compassion.

I choose to learn from my experiences, not punish myself for them.
I allow myself to feel forgiveness, peace, and healing.
I am deserving of love, no matter what has happened.
Each day is a new opportunity to let go and move forward.
