Exercises to Practice Remote Viewing

Remote viewing is a skill that can be developed with practice and dedication. Here are a few exercises to help you get started on your journey to becoming a proficient remote viewer:

Envelope Target Exercise

Materials Needed:

  • Envelopes
  • Photos or images
  • Notepad and pen

Steps:

  1. Place a photo or image inside an envelope and seal it.
  2. Without looking at the contents, hold the envelope and focus on sensing any impressions or images that come to mind.
  3. Write down or sketch everything you perceive, including colors, shapes, emotions, and textures.
  4. Open the envelope and compare your notes to the actual image. Reflect on the accuracy of your perceptions.

Purpose: This exercise helps you practice gathering information without prior knowledge, a key aspect of remote viewing.

Coordinate Remote Viewing (CRV)

Materials Needed:

  • A list of random coordinates (these can be generated online or created by a partner)
  • Notepad and pen

Steps:

  1. Receive a set of coordinates (e.g., a sequence of numbers).
  2. Meditate for a few minutes to clear your mind.
  3. Focus on the coordinates and allow impressions to form in your mind.
  4. Write down or sketch everything you perceive, including sensory details like sounds, smells, and feelings.
  5. Compare your notes with the actual target associated with the coordinates, if available.

Purpose: This exercise trains you to use abstract data (coordinates) to access and describe distant or unseen targets.

Blind Matching

Materials Needed:

  • A series of numbered envelopes with different objects or images inside
  • A list of numbers corresponding to the envelopes
  • Notepad and pen

Steps:

  1. Ask someone to prepare a series of envelopes with different objects or images inside, each labeled with a number.
  2. Without knowing the contents, select an envelope number from the list.
  3. Focus on the selected number and write down or sketch any impressions you receive about the contents.
  4. Open the envelope and compare your notes with the actual object or image inside.

Purpose: This exercise helps you practice associating impressions with specific, unknown targets.

Photographic Practice

Materials Needed:

  • A collection of photographs (digital or printed)
  • A way to randomly select a photo (e.g., a computer program, a partner)

Steps:

  1. Randomly select a photograph without looking at it.
  2. Spend a few minutes meditating to clear your mind.
  3. Focus on the unseen photograph and note down any images, emotions, or sensory impressions that come to mind.
  4. Reveal the photograph and compare your notes with the image.

Purpose: This exercise develops your ability to tune into visual and emotional cues related to unseen targets.

Feedback Sessions

Materials Needed:

  • A partner
  • Various target objects or images
  • Notepad and pen

Steps:

  1. Have your partner select a target object or image without telling you what it is.
  2. Sit quietly and focus on receiving impressions about the target.
  3. Describe or sketch everything that comes to mind.
  4. Your partner provides immediate feedback on the accuracy of your perceptions.
  5. Discuss what worked and what didn’t to refine your technique.

Purpose: This exercise uses real-time feedback to help you understand and improve your remote viewing abilities.

Hopefully these exercises to practice remote viewing will assist you.  Practicing these exercises regularly can help you develop and refine your remote viewing skills. Remember, the key to success in remote viewing is patience, practice, and an open mind. By consistently working on these exercises, you’ll enhance your ability to gather and interpret information from unseen targets. Happy viewing!
