Negative thoughts for many people are all they think of.   They have a habit of spreading them to others.  Breaking the habit of negative thinking is one that takes considerable work.   This week’s affirmation is as follows:

No matter how difficult the situation,
I just naturally find it easy to stay strong
even during the hardest of times

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
