dealing with menopause
Dealing with menopause is a rite of passage.   I am not a doctor, but I have been dealing with menopause for awhile now.   It isn’t always fun, but I have learned to deal with the changes with grace.     How about trying an affirmation to change your mindset?   This week’s affirmation is as follows:

I am at peace with every change my body is adjusting to and I bless my body with JOY

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Make Today a Great Day!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to help dealing with menopause for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.  Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
