Spend more time in your strengths to become happier….  What would happen if we focused on the strengths people have instead of the focus of what we cannot do.   There is power is connecting with your strengths.

So take some time and live in curiosity.   Tap into your strengths.   Think about it.  Don’t think about the things you do well.  Build up on the struggles.  That too is a strength.  You cannot be resilient if you do not build confidence.

Bring out the best in people — sometimes you need to form the connection, start with one person and then another and another.   If you are struggling and it all seems too much, try focusing on a strength you have.   Build confidence by doing.   Remember it is the struggle that helps you find your strength.
