importance of grounding
To be able to say today is a great day may be the last thing on your mind.  You may be reading this and things are not so great in your life.   You are having great difficulty in many areas.   You need a change, and that is where affirmations come in handy.   Small changes day in and day out and soon you too can say today is a great day!  This weeks affirmation is as follows:

Today is going to be a great day!

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Today is a Great Day!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
