Speak Up
I have been the person who was afraid to speak up.   It has taken me some time to find my voice and the strength to do so.  I attribute a lot of the success to the use of affirmations.  Affirmations changed my thinking to a more positive way.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:

It is safe for me to speak up for myself.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Speak Up!

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
