We all have inner conflict.   What if I told you that you are arguing with Spirit in these times?   You know you should be doing something that is right, but yet you reject this advice.   Am I right?   That is what an inner conflict is all about.   Knowing what is right and not wanting to do it or refusing to do so.  This is where I love affirmations.   Affirmations can help you change your mindset.   And on this topic it is a game changer.  This weeks affirmation is as follows:
I listen lovingly to this inner conflict
and reflect on it until I get to peace around it.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Dealing with inner conflict

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.  Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
