new ways of thinking
New ways of thinking do not always just suddenly appear.   It is slowly over a period of time that these changes happen.   Many attribute their success to the use of affirmations.  This week’s affirmation is as follows:
I seek a new way of thinking about this situation.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

New Ways of Thinking Means change!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   The new ways you think are important.   Affirmations have a way of changing the way your brain thinks and these new ways of thinking suddenly are part of who you are.   In fact these changes can be subtle.  You will find that you are grateful for these changes.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
