my words
My words have power, and I must be careful of their usage.   You too may relate to this power and want to make sure that you are using loving and healing words.  If you are looking to change your world, you may want to start with your words.   One of the strongest ways to make this transition easier is the use of affirmations every day.    This weeks affirmation is as follows:
My words are loving and healing.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

My words are my own!

Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you!   Use your words to build and create a loving environment.   Trust yourself to make this transition.  If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
