Worst case scenario thinking is the worst kind of thinking. Yes you should plan for the worst but if you don’t balance with positive thinking you will find yourself very unhappy. During this time that we are dealing with the Pandemic it is important to not let it over run our lives. One way to keep this type of thinking in check is the use of affirmations. This weeks affirmation is as follows:
Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations. I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most. I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer. It became part of me effortlessly. You can use them as you see best fit. There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them. Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.
Words have power — use them to your advantage to make today a great day for you! If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure. Use these affirmations to assist you on your spiritual journey to grow and prosper.
