this too shall pass
As humans we naturally look for a fresh start.  We often believe that things are what they are and then have difficulty letting go of the past.   One way I have over come this has been through the use of affirmations.  This weeks affirmation is as follows:
I stop holding on so tight. I let go.
I don’t need to struggle, not even in thoughts,
to improve this situation and achieve my goals.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Fresh Start Begins with You

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.
