Questioning Your Dreams

When people question your dreams it makes you feel as if they do not believe in you.   That is unimportant – them believing in you.   What is important is that you do.   If you are dealing with this, I can tell you I understand.   So often in my life everyone questions my dreams instead of helping me.   Once I gained confidence, I was able to build my dreams and make them come true.   One way to gain that confidence is to use affirmations to help build that confidence in your dreams.   This weeks affirmation is as follows:
I answer questions about my dreams
without getting defensive.

About Weekly Affirmations

Each week I find it helpful to use affirmations.   I personally find using the same affirmation for 7 days more effective, so I will share them each Thursday with you.
You may ask why Thursday, well it usually is the day of the week that I struggle the most.   I found Sunday’s as a start not working for me, I tried then Monday and discovered that I would be stressed from work.
The discovery that the affirmation sits in my mind over the weekend that by Monday was a game changer.  It became part of me effortlessly.  You can use them as you see best fit.  There is no right or wrong with affirmations as long as you use them.   Using the affirmations in your daily life helps you build the life that you desire.

Believe in Your Dreams

Words have power — use them to your advantage.   If you are always saying you can’t do something you are setting yourself up for failure.   Dream and dream bit, know that with hard work and confidence you will achieve them.   You will only regret if you don’t try.   Because you will always wonder “What if?”
